We are looking for a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist with expertise in supply and demand planning, data-driven decision-making, and advanced analytics. This role focuses on enhancing forecast accuracy, optimizing inventory, and transforming end-to-end value chains in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply and demand planning strategies to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation in complex operational environments.
  • Leverage SAP APO, IBP, Ariba, or other planning solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design analytics solutions, simulations, and models to address key business challenges.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and optimization techniques with tools like R and Python (preferred).
  • Work with complex data structures and cloud-based systems to drive insights and process improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, ownership, and attention to detail in all aspects of supply chain analytics.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders while maintaining control over timelines, costs, and returns.
  • Develop compelling data visualizations and storytelling to communicate insights effectively using tools like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  •  4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Planning, or related functions within the Hi-Tech or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
