We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Optimiza. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the supply chain operations to ensure efficient delivery of products and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support: Assist in issuing purchase orders, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate regularly with vendors to track orders, resolve basic procurement issues, and ensure accurate delivery timelines.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Maintain accurate procurement records, update procurement systems, and prepare routine reports on purchasing activities and order status.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, inventory) to ensure smooth procurement operations and compliance with organizational processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement strategies.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
