Job Description

7+ years of experience in software development, preferably .NET, and at least 2 years of experience in a Platform or DevOps role.At least 2+ years in a team lead or engineering leadership role.Strong technical background in software development practices, with experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation, version control systems (Git), cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and IaC. Hands-on experience with developer tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other similar tools to enable and support development workflows. Demonstrated experience with architecting, developing, and maintaining systems that enable and empower other teams within a software organization. Experience measuring the productivity of Software Engineering teams with metrics such as DORA, SPACE or Core 4.Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex, high-impact technical and operational issues. Deep understanding of operational excellence and incident management for internal systems. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team, providing guidance and fostering professional development. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Desirable SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Why join YouLend?
