Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.A genuine interest in digital marketing and SEO solutions.
