We are seeking a skilled Way4 Technical Analyst with expertise in Openway’s WAY4 switching and card management system (CMS). In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the WAY4 platform while supporting issuing and acquiring business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless card transactions, manage system configurations, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•  WAY4 System Expertise: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Openway’s WAY4 switching and CMS platform for card issuing and acquiring.
•  Issuing & Acquiring Support: Provide technical support for issuing and acquiring business processes, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
•  Card Business Operations: Leverage knowledge of the card business to analyze workflows, optimize performance, and resolve operational challenges.
•  Defect Tracking & Resolution: Utilize mainstream defect tracking tools to monitor, document, and resolve system issues efficiently.
•  Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and operational teams to ensure system stability and enhancements.
•  Problem-Solving & Optimization: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues while improving system efficiency and performance.
•  Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, provide reports, and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

•  Must-have: Hands-on experience with Openway’s WAY4 switching and card management system (CMS).
• Strong experience in card issuing and acquiring business operations.
• In-depth understanding of the card payments industry and related workflows.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document findings clearly.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with transaction processing systems and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging protocols and EMV standards.
• Familiarity with SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to API integrations and financial system architectures.
