DrBalcony is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Associate to elevate our sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and championing our services to new and existing customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales and leasing of multifamily properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide clients with insights on property values, investment opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage a pipeline of multifamily properties and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing strategies, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale in alignment with client objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices within real estate and multifamily sales.
  • Work towards and contribute to the overall sales strategy of DrBalcony.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, engineering, or compliance sectors.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Real Estate Agent, or similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong experience or pipeline of selling or leasing multifamily properties (apartments, mixed-use developments, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and multifamily property trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CR`M software, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies relevant to sales and customer support.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up with leads regularly.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations related to property management is an advantage.
