Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and resolving accurate and timely shipment audit in ISMT/SAT for 2 countries, Greece & Slovenia. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The Finance & Accounting Sr. Accounting Assistance is mainly responsible for processing of ISMT/SAT shipment audit, providing action to be done to clear items in the system. The role also includes summarizing the result of audit and send out to the country(ies), when necessary and processing the action in ISMT based on country reply. Monitor and makes follow up to ensure open items are cleared in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Timely, complete and accurate processing of ISMT/SAT shipment audit for 2 countries GR & SI Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findings Timely completion of the necessary reports Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Meet productivity and quality standards, including timely and accurate processing of shipment in ISMT/SAT Resolving Issues or concerns of countries Back up for other staff in case on leave Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Business Administration preferably Accounting Graduate With at least 3 years working experience in Accounting preferably in Billing or Reconciliation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and written skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
