Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish regarding technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, guiding customers through solutions.
• Provide detailed product information and educate customers about software and hardware functionalities.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately for knowledge base purposes.
• Communicate effectively with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to assist our clients effectively.
• Assist in training new team members and contributing to departmental projects and initiatives.

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in using customer service software and technical troubleshooting tools.
