If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding leadership position within a dynamic organization that values research and innovation, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the research strategy for UK&CO.Manage and mentor a team of researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategic initiatives and product development.Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Oversee the design and implementation of research methodologies ensuring adherence to best practices.Evaluate and utilize advanced research tools and technologies to enhance our research capabilities. Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Marketing, or Data Analytics.Minimum of 4-6years of experience in a research leadership role, preferably within a corporate environment.Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and analytics.Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing research teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.Proficiency in using research and statistical software tools, such as SPSS, Qualtrics, and R.
