We are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join the Commercial & Business Development team based in Athens Headquarters.

Job Purpose

The Real Estate Associate provides general and active support in all activities and operations of respective department in order to develop further the company’s Real Estate Portfolio and growing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Prepares all lease-related paperwork (e.g legalization documents)

• Maintains, organizes and updates existing tenants' files and records (e.g. lease agreements, notices, official communication etc.) 
• Coordinates lease applications and requests for property, viewings from existing or potential tenants/users (i.e. keep track of requests and carry out the initial process)
• Supports in direct costs and service charges allocations (e.g. gathering and initial reviewing required information: direct costs and other expenses, consumptions etc.), respective calculations, reporting and follow-up.
• Prepares and follows-up primary reporting of other real estate products (e.g. CIP and GA/BA lounges, fast lane penetration etc.)
• Supports in the HQ property management and daily business
• Completes all other duties as required by the function or assigned by the Real Estate Development Manager

• University degree preferably in relevant area of study (Business, Real Estate, or Economics)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in the Real Estate sector (preferably employees engaged in real estate management or development)
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical approach
