If you are a creative educator with a passion for early childhood development and a desire to inspire the next generation, we invite you to apply and become a vital part of our mission to drive educational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive early years STEM curriculum that is engaging and age-appropriate.Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.Conduct hands-on experiments and activities that foster children's curiosity and understanding of STEM concepts.Assess and monitor children's progress and development in STEM areas, providing feedback to parents and guardians.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote interdisciplinary learning experiences.Organize and participate in school-wide events and initiatives related to STEM education.Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest educational trends. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, STEM Education, or a related field.Teaching certification or license in early childhood education preferred.Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly in early childhood.Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and the ability to make them accessible to young learners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching, with the ability to inspire children and foster a love for learning.Willingness to collaborate and work within a team to achieve shared educational goals.
