• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least two years of experience as a Private Duty Administrator/Manager
• Strong understanding of private duty agencies – including state licensing and regulatory guidelines, and agency initiation/expansion.
• Must have valid driver’s license and car
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Zoom meeting application
• Tech savvy, ability to easily pick up new technologies
