You’ll assist with financial matters while contributing to projects that are reshaping Israel’s urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and track variances.
- Accounting & Reporting: Prepare full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Bookkeeping: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Tax Returns & Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring timely payment and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Financial Statements: Prepare and reconcile financial statements; oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, process payments, and track transactions.
- Payroll: Process payroll and related reporting.
- Audit Liaison: Work closely with external auditors and consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to internal accounting systems and processes.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide key financial insights and reports to the CFO and executive team.
- Mandatory: Valid Israeli CPA license (or recognized equivalent).
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping/accounting, including practical experience in preparing accounts and handling tax returns.
- Bookkeeping: Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred) with hands-on experience.
- IFRS: Experience with IFRS reporting standards.
- Language Skills: Complete fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; ERP experience advantageous.
