The role will perform allocation to maximize sales and profit and minimize stock risk by maintaining optimal stock levels of a group of styles and by store.

He/she will support in analyse location performance, including sales/inventory ratios, turnover, seasonality, and marketing impacts.

The Jewellery Allocator will assist the planning and re-forecasting activities of the department for direct property stores of the jewellery line.

The main objective will be to implement distribution strategies using available tools.

ACTIVITIES

• Implement allocation and replenishment strategies for Guess direct property stores
• Work closely with Planning and Buying teams to exchange feedback to improve the Allocation, Planning and Buying processes
• Develop knowledge of specific regional variances and store attributes and trends through data analysis
• Create effective communication and relationships with the retail teams to capture opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure effective communication and to guarantee a proper flow of stock
• Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure the correction or creation of missing prices in the system
• Support in monitoring daily/weekly performance of sales and stock holding

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field
• Languages: fluent English, another language will be considered a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
• Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines, good level of proactivity and organization
• Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented
