You will be tasked with collecting, processing, and analyzing healthcare data from various sources, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are informed and effective. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll work alongside the recruiters, administrators and Accountant to identify key performance indicators and implement strategies for improvement. The successful candidate will be passionate about using data to drive positive change in healthcare and possess a strong background in statistical analysis and healthcare systems. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Solid understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to diverse audiences.
