We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive business expansion, optimize digital visibility, and enhance audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, growth strategy, and digital marketing, with a proven ability to scale organic traffic and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
  •  Keyword & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content to drive targeted traffic and engagement.
  •  On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Execute optimization techniques, including content enhancements, link-building strategies, and technical SEO improvements.
  •  Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
  •  Growth Strategy & Revenue Planning: Identify opportunities for business growth through category expansion, audience targeting, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  •  Content & Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content syndication and social media engagement strategies to expand brand reach.
  •  Email Marketing & Customer Retention: Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and newsletters to enhance audience engagement and drive conversions.
  •  Collaboration with Tech & Product Teams: Work closely with developers and product managers to implement SEO recommendations and optimize website performance.
  •  Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  •  Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to refine growth initiatives and maintain a competitive advantage.

Skills & Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in SEO, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic and business growth.
  •  Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
  •  Proficiency in WordPress and website optimization techniques.
  •  Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  •  Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 
  •  Creative problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach to growth and engagement.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  SEO or growth marketing certifications are a plus.
