 OCTI Management is a leading e-commerce growth company specializing in expanding and acquiring DTC brands in industries such as fashion, skincare, and more, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to manage and drive growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies.Position OverviewThe Growth Marketing Manager will oversee retention strategies, paid media, organic social media, and influencer marketing to drive customer engagement, growth, and brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creative vision, data-driven strategies, and strong execution to meet key business objectives.Our Core Values Be Open & Honest·    Transparency is essential—always telling the truth.·    Integrity is our foundation—no shortcuts, no cover-ups.·    Trust is earned through consistency and credibility.Get Things Done Right·    Take ownership, be self-motivated, and execute with precision.·    Accountability and commitment drive us to excellence.·    We go the extra mile—no egos, just outcomes.Be Leaders, Create Leaders·    Leadership is about inspiring and empowering others.·    Lead with empathy, respect, and care for those around you.·    Create leaders, not followers—build a legacy of empowerment.Learn, Apply, Grow, Repeat·    Constantly push boundaries, embrace innovation.·    Adapt quickly, think big, and never stop learning.·    Growth is continuous—act boldly and efficiently to evolve.Key Responsibilities Creative & Influencer Marketing StrategyLead creative direction for paid and organic campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to produce compelling, high-converting digital assets.Develop creative briefs and strategies that inspire attention-grabbing content for campaigns.Utilize insights on customer psychology and behavior to optimize content and media strategies.Retention & Customer LoyaltyOversee retention initiatives including loyalty programs, email/SMS strategies, and subscription-based models.Increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted retention efforts.Design and execute effective campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.Paid Media ManagementDevelop and manage paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to ensure maximum ROAS and conversion rates.Manage ad budgets, forecast spends, and track campaign performance.Implement A/B testing for continuous optimization of creative assets.Organic Social MediaCreate and manage social media strategies for Instagram, Meta, and TikTok.Oversee content creation, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to amplify brand presence.Monitor analytics to measure campaign success, engagement, sentiment, and conversion impact.Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop comprehensive performance reports and insights for all digital marketing efforts.Track and analyze conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and LTV to refine strategies.Perform competitive analysis and keep the marketing strategies ahead of industry trends. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in-house.Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).Demonstrated ability to drive engagement through compelling content and campaigns.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce tools.Experience working with Shopify.Utilization of applicable AI tools and resources and project management tracking systems such as Clickup.Experience managing and scaling 6-7-figure e-commerce brandsExperience managing ad budgets over $50k/month and achieving 3+ ROAS Experience with A/B testing ad campaigns and scaling high-performing adsPreferred QualificationsCertifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.Familiarity with marketing automation tools.Prior success in scaling paid media campaigns with compelling creative assets.Ideal CandidateCreative vision with a strong data-driven marketing mindset.A storyteller with a passion for influencer marketing and consumer behavior.Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to marketing.Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.Curious and adaptable, always seeking to learn and improve.
