Our Company is looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Geriatric Medicine Doctor to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and managing diseases and conditions prevalent in the elderly population, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth assessments and evaluations of elderly patients to identify their medical, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and management strategies for age-related conditions.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary support.
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues and recommend supportive services.
• Monitor ongoing treatments and adjust plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest practices in geriatric medicine.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required.
• Active medical license in the state of practice.
• 3-5 years of experience in geriatric medicine or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of age-related medical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
