The Role

Ottimate is seeking a GTM Data Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making across our go-to-market teams. This role will focus on developing reports, dashboards, and insights that empower sales and marketing leaders to optimize performance and strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with BI tools, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

          What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Analyze GTM performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to enhance revenue operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
• Develop variable compensation calculators, trackers, and periodic reporting of quota attainment to inform team members of their performance and expected compensation.
• Support ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses to drive strategic decisions.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably supporting Sales or Marketing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
