We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in financial control and risk management to join our team. The role involves analyzing customer business processes, identifying gaps, and guiding technical teams through software implementation in compliance with central bank regulations across various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document customer business processes and requirements in the financial control and risk management domain.
- Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and the company's product offerings.
- Research country-specific central bank regulations related to risk management and provide guidance to the technical team during requirement gathering and implementation.
- Actively participate in software implementation, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, user manuals, and FAQs to enhance documentation and support processes.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of banking and risk management system implementations.
- Support the implementation team by conducting internal and customer acceptance tests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance / Business Analytics / Banking (Preferred: PGDM from NIBM).
- 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial risk management, or IT system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of cash flows, ALM, SQL, and Excel.
- Familiarity with balance sheet management, ALM, BASEL III, FTP, market risk, IFRS 9, capital adequacy, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk.
- Experience in IT system implementations related to banking or financial risk management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel for client discussions, implementation, and support.
