If you are passionate about digital marketing and enjoy helping customers succeed, we want to hear from you!Your ResponsibilitiesAssist French-speaking clients with their inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.Provide detailed information and support regarding products and services.Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client experience and feedback.Participate in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge and service skills. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
