
Job Purpose:
To deliver cards sales target and ensure that operation excellence is delivered to the existing customers.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Acquire new Shell card customers through meaningful growth strategy using adequate selling and negotiation techniques.
- Understand and promote Shell card products and services based on exiting CVP.
- Manage Shell cards customer relationship and ensure retention measures are in a place.
- Manage Shell cards operations with support from back office and ensure adherence to current SLA.
- Coordinate all aspects of Shell card accounts re-structure requests.
- Dealing with dealers in regards to Shell cards credit notes issues.
- Manage debtors and overdue clearance for Vivo Shell card customers.
- Manage staff relationship with card provider and ensure operations adherence to SLA.
- Manage all aspects of payment/ loyalty terminals performance and processes working closely with retailers and territorial managers.
- Provide Shell cards statistical data on volume trend.

Academic qualifications:
- Degree holder
