We provide agents with top-tier support, cutting-edge technology, and access to an extensive carrier network to help them succeed.Job Overview:We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Agents to join our team. As an independent agent, you will be responsible for securing freight shipments, negotiating rates, and coordinating transportation solutions for clients. You earn 80% commission on the gross profit of each load you book!Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.Secure and negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins.Coordinate the transportation process from pickup to delivery.Track and update customers on shipment status.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Ensure compliance with all industry regulations.What We Offer:70-80% commission on gross profit – one of the highest in the industry!Work from anywhere – fully remote position.Full back-office support – including carrier setup, invoicing, and customer service.Access to load boards, carrier networks, and industry tools.Requirements:Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.Existing customer base or carrier relationships preferred.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excellent at negotiation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
