Job Description

We are opening a Paris-based position for a 6-month internship in our Growth equity investment team, starting in September 2025. You will be joining a team of 12 people focusing on Partech’s Growth equity strategy, based at the Partech office – our building in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. We invest €30 -70m tickets in European tech scale-ups with a proven business model. This means we usually come in at Series B to D. Your role will mainly consist in helping us achieve our mission: identifying & supporting amazing founders as they scale. The companies we invest in are often in a phase involving the beginning of their internationalization, the need to structure a growing organization while maintaining their company culture, the development of additional product lines… As an intern in the Growth team, you’ll be part of one of the leading tech investment firms in Europe, benefiting from the team’s expertise and strong network. You will be involved at every stage of the investment process, tasks you will be working on will be threefold:Sourcing:Performing market deep dives, creating relationships with founders and fellow investors, attending events… Deal analysis: You will also be material in writing investment memos to clearly sum up and share analysesPortfolio reporting and support:You will help support our existing portfolio companies and produce reporting destined to our Limited Partners (LPs) We value your opinion highly, so you will be encouraged to speak, especially if you disagree with the rest of us! We believe internships are great occasions to ramp up your knowledge about our space, and while we don't expect you to be 100% operational from day 1, we value highly motivated and eager to learn individuals. You will have the freedom to tackle your own projects too!Although the position is Paris-based, you don’t have to speak French as our daily communications are held in English. Our team is very international: we have Polish/Swedish, Anglo/Canadian, British, Luxembourgish and Lebanese nationals in our ranks (besides… the French of course). We value all academic and work experiences, provided you can demonstrate their relevance in relation to Growth equity investing. Past experiences in entrepreneurship, venture capital, investment banking and software development/architecture or Data Science are a plus. We will review applications on a rolling basis. You will be entitled to a gross salary of 1.700€ per month + 50% reimbursement of your Pass Navigo expenses + daily "tickets restaurants".We require a “Convention de Stage” from your university for this internship.
