We are looking for a talented and passionate E- Satisfaction Team Leaderr for our HQs at Heraklion, Crete.

The Customer Experience Team Leader leads and supervises a team of customer service agents to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. They assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members. Responsible for maintaining quality standards and fostering a positive team culture, they handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. Collaborating with other departments, they help align customer service efforts with organizational goals. Additionally, they may assist in training new team members and contribute to improving overall team performance and effectiveness in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising day-to-day operations, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Always ensuring that the feedback provided is shared with both the team's management and any other department involved.
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Assist in training new team members and escalating complex issues to higher management.
  • Team leaders also handle all customer inquiries with a focus on anything that may escalate.
  • Desirable studies in higher education institution/ TEI/ IEK
  • Desirable work experience in a similar position in call center or customer support or sales
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Familiarity with computer use (internet, social media etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
