MidPlaza Holding is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to join one of our plantation business units. In this role, you will assist in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records for the plantation business. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial processes.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports related to plantation operations, monthly & yearly.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the plantation segment.Oversee compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data collection.Assist in managing audit processes and liaising with both internal and external auditors. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the plantation or agricultural sector.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.Willing to travel as needed.
