Ultimate Peaks is hiring a Director of Business Development to lead market expansion and revenue growth for a semi-government entity in Riyadh undergoing transformation and restructuring. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and driving commercial success in alignment with the organization’s strategic vision. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence through innovative business strategies.

The Director of BD will work closely with leadership to align business development efforts with the company's objectives, drive revenue, and further establish Ultimate Peaks as a leader in the corporate travel technology industry. This is a critical role requiring strong analytical skills, relationship management, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the overall business plan.

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive product and service innovation.

• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

• Negotiate and finalize business agreements that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze business development metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present reports on business development activities to the executive team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the technology sector.

• Proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

• Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.

Preferred Education & Certifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CBDE (Certified Business Development Expert), CSP (Certified Sales Professional), or PMP (Project Management Professional).
