Part-Time Business Automation Specialist (Remote) – Law Firm Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Hours: Flexible, but must be available 9 AM - 12 PM EST Compensation: Based on experience Commitment: Part-TimeAbout Us:We are a forward-thinking law firm looking to modernize and streamline our CRM and project management processes through automation and AI integration. We use Monday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to help us optimize workflows, integrate AI tools, and enhance efficiency.Role Overview:As a Business Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for automating workflows, integrating applications, and improving our CRM and project management processes. You'll leverage low-code/no-code tools to build seamless automations and should be comfortable working with APIs to connect different platforms.While coding experience is not required, it is a big plus, as future projects may involve custom development. Interest in law and legal tech is also a bonus, as we aim to build AI-driven solutions tailored to legal workflows.Responsibilities: Automate business processes using Monday.com, Zoho, Zapier, and Google Workspace. Optimize CRM and project management workflows to improve efficiency. Integrate AI tools into existing workflows and help develop custom AI agents/solutions. Work with APIs to connect and enhance various software applications. Document processes and provide training or guidelines for staff as needed. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to technology and automation. Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation trends, particularly in the legal industry.Perks & Benefits: Flexible remote work with a part-time schedule.
