SASMAR is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our committed team. As a leading global pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service across our operations in over 70 countries.

In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer service efforts, assisting customers with inquiries, order processing, and product information. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism will be key to enhancing our customers' experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, usage, and availability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document all customer interactions in our customer management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights for continual improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm under stress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
