About the Role:
This role is pivotal in crafting compelling content strategies that resonate with our clients' needs. The Content Lead will work collaboratively with a talented group of professionals, leveraging their skills to enhance our brand's presence and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Responsibilties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with V2's goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The main content types include ebooks, blogs and case studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment.
  • Drafting and posting social content on V2’s LinkedIn page to drive engagement and followership
  • Assisting with other content requirements as needed, for example copy required for email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content initiatives.
  • Conduct audience research to identify needs and preferences for targeted messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital content formats.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content strategy development and execution, particularly in the digital landscape.
  • Proven experience writing content pieces based on highly technical information but making it accessible to business audiences. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform content decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally in technology or consulting companies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
