• Description:

• The FX business are executing a strategic renewal programme that involves gradual and complete overhaul of the core pricing and trading systems.

• We are looking for at least 3 years experience as Business Analyst. It is required Capital markets knowledge.

• We are looking for a BA for the Price & Distrbution squad that is involved inside the CIB area and Markets Domain, focused in the development of the applications for the Sales and Traders globally for the FX Options pricing generation for the Trading Floor

Requirements:

• Capital Markets knowledge

• An ability to conduct careful, structured analysis on complex problems or requirements in order to identify and present defensible conclusions and solutions.

• Hands-on business analysis skillset across the full project life cyle: able to deliver high quality technology solutions on time and budget.

• Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.

• Experience in delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies and clear, concise test cases.

• Testing execution capabilities

• English B2+

• Good interlocution skills

• Ability to self-organize

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support the authoring of business documents and presentations, running workshops and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Accurate and comprehensive gathering of requirements to enable the formation of coherent specifications.

• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of the business analyst within it.
