The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and abilities to help contribute to the growth of Freelancer Enterprise. This is an opportunity to gain experience in sales, customer service and relationship building in a fast-paced, growth environment. We're looking for someone who is natural at and likes talking with people, is passionate about building new relationships, is interested in the tech industry and enjoys working with both internal and external partners. Your primary focus will be to bring new companies to our platform that fit our partnership criteria, by introducing key decision makers with Account Executives (AEs) on our international sales team. You'll use your skills in communication, setting up email cadence campaigns, effective outbound reach and driving internal processes to set our new partnerships up for success.

Compensation: An OTE of $75,000+ CAD with a base salary of $55,000 CAD, plus commission based on performance metrics.
Location Requirement: Must be located in Vancouver or nearby and able to work in our office full-time.
