This role invites individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and want to influence the industry by helping Nordic clients maximize the potential of our innovative AI solutions. As a consultant, you will provide expert advice, support, and training to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products. Join us in this transformative journey!Your ResponsibilitiesConsult with Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and advising on our AI offerings.Assess client needs and deliver customized AI solutions to meet those needs.Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.Stay updated on the latest AI advancements to provide knowledgeable input.Work alongside the sales team to contribute to achieving sales goals. Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.Experience in consultancy or a customer support role is beneficial.Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and related technologies.Excellent communication skills with a strong client service orientation.Analytical mindset for problem-solving and addressing client needs.Able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to relocate and embrace new professional challenges!
