We are seeking a Customer Insights Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer insights, with strong technical expertise in survey programming and data analysis. The consultant will split their time between driving VoC initiatives (primary) and supporting custom research survey programming and analysis (secondary). This role would report to the Head of Service Portfolio, but also work closely with the Head of Consumer Insights.

Key Responsibilities

Voice of Customer & UX Testing

·         Design, execute, and manage VoC programs to capture actionable customer insights.

·         Develop and refine customer feedback mechanisms (surveys, interviews, online communities).

·         Schedule and conduct 1-1 customer interviews and support UX/usability customer testing.

·         Conduct UX research and testing to inform product development.

·         Analyze VoC data to uncover trends and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

·         Lead integration of survey tools into CRMs.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into decision-making.

·         Develop best practices, templates, and materials across different VoC and UX projects.

·         Act as an internal advisor, training and supporting teams to maintain high standards.

Panel Development and Management

·         Establish and manage a Customer Advisory Board to gather strategic insights from key clients.

·         Coordinate regular meetings, manage communications, and synthesize feedback for internal teams.

Survey Programming & Data Analysis

·         Program and launch custom surveys using research tools/platforms.

·         Clean, analyze, and visualize survey data for internal teams and clients.

·         Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.

·         Ensure survey methodologies align with best practices for data quality and reliability.

Who You Are

·         3+ years of experience in VoC, customer insights, or market research.

·         Proficient in survey programming tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer) and data analysis (Excel, SPSS, R, or Python).

·         Experience in panel management.

·         Preferably experience in user experience and usability testing.

·         Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

·         Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

·         An effective communicator with the ability to teach and promote best practices

·         Based in Mexico City (this is an in-office role).
