Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.As VP of Finance, you will be the company’s essential finance leader, responsible for building and optimizing our financial infrastructure from the ground up to support our exceptionally rapid growth. This role requires a strategic finance thinker and operator who will work to ensure we have financial clarity, operational efficiency, and investor readiness. You will work closely with leadership to support OneImaging’s long-term financial strategy, and have the potential to grow into an SVP or CFO. Responsibilities:Own OneImaging budgeting and forecasting processing, establishing budgeting processed and spending controls to ensure disciplined financial managementFacilitate strategic discussions with executive leadership to align on growth strategies, investment decisions, and company profitability.Own and manage OneImaging’s credit management & financing solutions to optimize working capital.Manage OneImaging’s fundraising perspective, aligning financial expectations with long-term growth plans.Establish a revenue tracking system to monitor growth, collections, accounts receivable (AR) trends and efficiency, an iIdentify opportunities to accelerate cash inflows.Develop backend infrastructure to support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash inflow/outflow, and forecasting.Responsibilities:Previous experience as a VP of Finance or similar role, preferably in a high-growth, early-stage (series A/B) company.Deep understanding of insurance and financial services, ideal background in digital health, insurance, or fintech (is preferred, but not required).Understanding of venture capital dynamics, financial diligence, and growth-stage funding needs.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and debt covenants.Experience building and overseeing accounting functions and scaling financial infrastructure.Experienced in AR optimization, collections strategy, financial processes, budget controls, and financial tracking systems.
