User Experience (UX) LeadWe are seeking a User Experience (UX) Lead to define and drive the user experience strategy for our platform, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and seamless. As a pivotal member of our Product & Design Team, you will oversee the entire user experience process—from research and conceptualization to prototyping and final execution. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, you will craft a superior SaaS experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and design innovator who excels at transforming complex workflows into user-friendly solutions.What You’ll DoUser-Centered Design & Strategy Lead the UX vision for Homey, ensuring design consistency and usability across all features. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and enhance the customer journey. Develop and maintain design systems, UX guidelines, and interaction standards for uniformity. Prototyping & Product Development Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to refine features and ensure seamless implementation. Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and intuitive navigation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering to ensure precise execution and smooth handoff of designs. Partner with Marketing & Branding to align visual design across product and promotional materials. Implement data-driven design, using A/B testing and analytics to improve UX. What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or fintech/legal tech. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from research to execution. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and design systems. Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS; React knowledge is a plus). Strong understanding of accessibility, UX heuristics, and conversion optimization. Ability to lead and mentor junior designers while driving team-wide UX standards Competitive salary commensurate with experience:Salary starting from Rs.300,000 LKR/ month, paid in GBPOpportunities for professional development and career progression.Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.
