Responsibilities

Bank & Payment Processing:

• Ensure timely handling of vendor and internal payments to maintain strong partner relationships.
• Oversee bank transactions, review entries, and address discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.

Payment Timelines & Urgency:

• Organize payments with attention to deadlines, utilizing effective time management to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all documentation and approvals are in place.

Cash Flow & Settlements:

• Monitor daily cash flow and analyze inflows and outflows to support financial health.
• Execute weekly settlements accurately and timely to reconcile accounts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• Experience 2–3 years in accounting roles with a focus on Treasury.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, experience with tax software, and proficiency in Excel.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency, excellent coordination skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is a must.
