Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities:Reach out to potential clients for Demat Accounts, Equity, SIP, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products such as equity, SIP, life & health insurance, etc. Actively promote and explain the benefits of Demat accounts, equity, SIPs, mutual funds (lumpsum), and various insurance products. Provide information on different investment and insurance options, guiding customers through the process of signing up. Effectively handle objections and close sales through consultative selling. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and drive retention Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain financial products in an easy-to-understand manner.Previous experience in telecalling or sales, especially in the financial or insurance sector, is a plus.Knowledge of Demat accounts, SIP, mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
