As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer – NMS Systems to join our skilled international team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-availability Network Management Systems (NMS) supporting transport and fixed wireless networks, deployed in real-world customer environments across the globe.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for NMS applications used in managing both in-house and third-party telecom systems—spanning mobile backhaul and fixed wireless access infrastructures. You will participate in the deployment, configuration, and operational support of NMS platforms for international clients, contributing to both reactive troubleshooting and proactive system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for NMS systems in telecom transport and access networks
  • Participate in the deployment, configuration, and validation of NMS platforms (on physical or virtual infrastructure)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application, server, and database performance
  • Support international project implementations remotely or on-site, ensuring smooth integration and operation
  • Interface with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and improve product robustness
  • Maintain clear documentation on configurations, procedures, and known issues
  • Stay current on emerging tools, trends, and technologies in NMS and telecom system management
  • University or Technical Education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience with server setup (physical and virtual environments)
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and experience with database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems and command-line tools
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Availability and willingness to travel internationally for project-related activities
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented, analytical approach
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment

Desired skills:

  • Experience as a Support Engineer for NMS systems or application servers
  • Experience in scripting languages for system, software testing and verification purposes
  • Basic knowledge in Telecommunications / Networking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French, Russian, Italian)
