Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from initial screening to final offer.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, resume databases, and networking events.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified and engaged candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.

• English level must advanced
• Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a high-tech recruitment environment.
• Deep knowledge of IT industry technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively.
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
