STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of a client, a leading global organization with a strong presence in the education sector is looking for a Talent Management and Development Director, who will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overarching people strategy. This role provides visionary leadership to the HR Business Partner team and the Learning & Development (L&D) function, ensuring all HR initiatives are closely aligned with the organization’s goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partner Unit Coordination
- Manage and mentor the HR Business Partner team to ensure strong business alignment and delivery of HR services.
- Guide the HRBPs in executing talent strategies, employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives.
- Standardize HRBP practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and effectiveness across business units.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR best practices, and effective employee relations strategies.
Talent Management
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish talent review and performance management processes that foster accountability, growth, and results.
- Oversee succession planning efforts and the development of future leaders.
Learning & Development (L&D) Coordination
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, ensuring they support capability building and business objectives.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Drive initiatives that support cultural transformation, employee engagement, and inclusion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to lead organizational change efforts and promote agility and resilience.
- Shape internal communication and recognition strategies to reinforce company values and a high-performance environment.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Manage HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate HR’s impact.
- Ensure the organization remains compliant with all employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven experience managing HR Business Partners and/or L&D functions.
- Deep understanding of strategic HR, talent management, and leadership development.
- Fluency in English (C2-level proficiency preferred; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification would be a plus).
- Fluency in Greek
- Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advanced level certification desirable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
