Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including leveraging extensive networks and technology, to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Provide strategic talent insights, including market trends and salary benchmarking, to inform client decisions.
Maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various industries.
Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
