What are we looking for?
We’re growing our Talent Acquisition team for the Americas region, and we need someone excited to shape the future of Avomind. You’ll be at the core of our recruiting engine, helping us grow the team and make key hires for our clients.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Partner with our team on outbound and inbound recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates directly using LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
  • Keep our team informed on talent trends and candidate pipelines.
  • Own the candidate experience – your work will shape how they see Avomind.
  • Work closely with an amazing team (yes, we’re biased – but we’re awesome).

We’d love to meet you if:

  • You have at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or sales-driven environment.
  • You’re comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • You’re goal-driven and motivated by growth.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, agile environments.
  • You’re team-oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • You speak fluent English – that’s a must for this role.
