We’re looking for a System Administrator who shares this mindset: experienced, proactive (not just ticket-closing), and eager to grow professionally.

Your work will include operational tasks (listed below) + project work (e.g. server deployment, monitoring setup, implementing services like Bitrix, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Support for 220+ employees across 20 countries:

  1. Windows, Linux & Office 365 Administration:
    • Setup, updates, and maintenance of Windows servers (Active Directory, Group Policies, permissions) and workstations.
    • Linux server management (installation, configuration, monitoring, bash scripting).
    • Office 365 administration (user/license management, SharePoint, Teams, cloud security).
  2. Network Management (CCNA-level):
    • Network architecture design, router/switch/firewall configuration.
    • Troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, Wireshark).
  3. Azure AD & Cloud Services:
    • User/group management, SSO, MFA.
    • Virtual machine and network configuration in Azure.
  4. MS SQL & MySQL Administration:
    • Database account management, backups, troubleshooting, performance optimization.
  5. Hardware Support:
    • Workstations (OS/drivers/software), office equipment.
  6. IP Telephony (Asterisk):
    • VoIP setup, SIP trunking, call routing, IVR.
    • Issue resolution (echo, call drops).
  •  3+ years of experience in the listed tasks.
  •  Customer-oriented approach — you help, not just "fix."
  •  Fluent in English & Russian (Uzbek is a plus).
  •  Based in Tashkent, with occasional office visits (address: Mirabad district, Istikbol St., 34).
  •  On-call availability (1 week/month, no weekend shifts but must be reachable for emergencies).
  •  Ambition to grow into roles like SRE System Administrator → Production Infrastructure Engineer.

Tech Stack:

  • Windows/Linux, Office 365, Azure AD, MS SQL/MySQL.
  • Networking (Cisco/Juniper), VoIP (Asterisk/3CX).
