Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for switch systems, ensuring robustness and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Implement and maintain communication protocols for inter-switch communication.
• Perform testing and validation of switch software to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Document design processes, system changes, and user manuals for developed systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in switch development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Switch Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of switch technologies and network communication protocols.
• Experience with hardware-software integration and embedded system development is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
