Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is on the lookout for a passionate Sustainable Architect to join our innovative team. This role will be crucial in integrating sustainable practices into our architectural designs, focusing on creating environmentally responsible and resource-efficient buildings. As a Sustainable Architect, you will work closely with clients and fellow designers to develop concepts that not only meet aesthetic and functional needs but also minimize environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sustainable architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Incorporate green building practices and materials into design proposals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers and environmental specialists, to enhance project sustainability.
• Present innovative design concepts focused on energy efficiency and sustainable construction methods.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in sustainable architecture and green building.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for project execution.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on sustainable design.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on sustainable or green architecture.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with an emphasis on sustainability features.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and green certification (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
