Hanar Restaurant, a premier destination for Anatolian cuisine is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team to maintain our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff to deliver exemplary service. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team development.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure that daily operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the restaurant.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure that they leave satisfied and eager to return.
- Shift Scheduling: Prepare and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and organize workflow in the restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure necessary supplies are ordered and well-stocked to meet operational requirements.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols. Conduct regular checks and training to uphold safety standards.
- Reporting and Feedback: Assist in preparing reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff performance for management review.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and customer service excellence.
