Are you an elite problem-solver with the analytical horsepower to drive strategic decision-making in a high-growth, operationally complex business? Do you thrive on building clarity out of chaos and solving messy, high-impact problems? If so, we want you to join our team as a Strategy & Operations Manager and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.

ABOUT ENABLE DENTAL

Enable Dental is redefining healthcare by bringing high-quality, comprehensive dental services directly to patients where they are—especially those in assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, or homebound due to age or disability. By combining tech-enabled mobile care with a skilled, compassionate team, we’re improving oral health outcomes and quality of life for thousands of patients. We’re growing fast and looking for sharp, mission-driven team members to help us scale with excellence.

YOUR IMPACT

As our Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the analytical and strategic engine behind key business decisions. From workforce planning to cost-to-serve economics, your models, forecasts, and frameworks will power how we deploy mobile clinical teams and scale efficiently across markets. You’ll build complex, algorithmically-derived operational models to help field leadership make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll also be the go-to person for tough, high-leverage strategic questions that require first-principles thinking and sharp business judgment—like what’s the true lifetime value of a patient? or how do we quantify the value of a facility relative to the cost to serve it?

What You’ll Do

  • Design & build workforce and capacity models – Develop detailed forecasting and scheduling models to inform staffing levels, routing efficiency, and geographic coverage.
  • Drive ops strategy – Analyze cost, productivity, and quality trade-offs to guide decisions around labor mix, territory expansion, and compensation structure.
  • Tackle high-impact strategic questions – Answer open-ended, analytical questions critical to business success.
  • Own the analytics engine – Build and maintain the dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that drive daily execution and long-term strategic planning.
  • Partner across functions – Work closely with executive leadership, operations, and finance teams to ensure decisions are grounded in data and aligned with business goals.
  • Get close to the ground – Stay connected with field ops to validate assumptions, understand real-world constraints, and iterate on models that reflect true operational complexity.

Who You Are

  • 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, operations strategy, or workforce/capacity planning at a tech-enabled services or logistics business (e.g., healthcare delivery, last-mile logistics, field services)
  • Domain expert – Experience with operational modeling in a multi-market, labor-driven business
  • Fluent in Excel and SQL – You can build complex, dynamic models from scratch and navigate data independently
  • Structured thinker – You bring clarity to ambiguity and can break problems into logical frameworks and testable hypotheses
  • Action-oriented – You love rolling up your sleeves, testing assumptions in the field, and iterating fast
  • Strong communicator – You can distill complex findings into clear, concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Low ego, high empathy – You collaborate well and bring people along with your thinking

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off

Compensation: Base comp $100-130k (depending on experience), bonus + equity

Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.
