Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Spanish/English) Dispatcher with experience using Towbook software to join our dynamic towing operations team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and has a solid understanding of dispatch operations in the towing industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers to service calls using Towbook software
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and third parties in both Spanish and English
• Monitor and update job statuses in Towbook in real time
• Handle incoming calls, take detailed job notes, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Provide accurate ETAs and job updates to customers
• Maintain communication with drivers to ensure safety, timeliness, and job completion
• Escalate any issues or delays to the operations team as needed
• Perform administrative tasks related to dispatch logs, reports, and customer service

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience using Towbook software
• Previous dispatch or customer service experience in towing or transportation
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexible availability, including nights/weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the towing industry and dispatch terminology
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
