This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for digital marketing and are committed to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.Assist clients with inquiries related to digital marketing strategies, SEO solutions, and service offerings.Provide support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring customers understand how to leverage digital marketing tools effectively.Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, working towards timely resolutions.Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance overall service delivery.Maintain updated knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and solutions to provide relevant information to customers.Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and service improvement. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to understand and explain digital marketing concepts and SEO strategies.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.A genuine interest in digital marketing trends and a willingness to learn.
